Career Tarot: See Your Stage Before You Ask About Success

Career questions often arrive as "will I succeed?" But success isn't one thing, and a yes/no doesn't help you on Monday morning. A career reading is more useful when it tells you what stage you're in — and what that stage actually asks of you.

What stage, not what verdict

Are you planting (early, unglamorous, learning), building (grinding, results not yet visible), harvesting (it's working, protect it), or composting (something's ending so the next thing can start)? Each stage has a different right move. Pushing for harvest in a planting season just exhausts you.

Break the anxiety into three

Read for direction (where does this actually want to go?), resistance (what's genuinely in the way — skill, structure, fear?), and the next step (the smallest concrete move). Anxiety is usually all three tangled together; separating them turns dread into something you can act on.

A better question

Instead of "will this job work out," ask "what does this stage need from me." It moves you from waiting for a verdict to doing the one thing in front of you — which, over time, is what success was made of anyway.
